Vacuum Fabrication Questions

What vacuum levels do you build to?

High vacuum through ultra-high and extreme-high vacuum. At these pressures the chamber itself sets the achievable base pressure, not the pump — so the work goes into weld quality, surface finish, and designing out trapped volumes. Tell us your target base pressure and whether the chamber will be baked, and we will build to it.

Do you work from our drawings?

Yes — build to print is most of what we do. Send the drawing and you get a priced quote with a committed delivery date within 24 hours. We will flag anything in the design that creates an unaccounted-for trapped volume before we quote it, not after we build it.

Which flange standards do you cover?

ConFlat, KF/QF, ISO-K, ISO-F, ASA/ANSI, JIS and VCO/VCR — imperial and metric. Mixed-family converters are standard work here: ConFlat on one end and KF or ISO on the other, or imperial-to-metric adapters for equipment that predates the current convention. If nobody stocks the part you need, that is exactly the part we build.

What if the builder cannot configure what I need?

The configurator covers straight tube converters. Chambers, non-standard geometry, multi-port clusters, convoluted tubing and full weldments all go through the vacuum project form below — describe the geometry, material, pressure regime and timeline and we will come back with a quote.
